Val Crowe - Journeys Into Meditation

My name is Val Crowe , I live in the Isle of Man which is situated in the Irish Sea, 90 miles northwest of Liverpool and as both my parent were Manx I was born, brought up and have lived most of my life there.  Although I have travelled extensively I always seem to return to my roots.

Until I married I was a Sunday School Teacher so certainly didn’t believe in spiritualism, however when I divorced odd things started happening to me in and around my home which I couldn’t explain. 

 

On a need to know basis I looked into it deeper and following a visit to a medium found myself in a shop in a part of the island I hadn’t planned to go to.  This shop sold crystals and sitting in a chair in the corner was a man who introduced himself as Harold, he said that he had been waiting for me to arrive all day.  When I asked him what he meant he said that my mother had been with him all morning and proceeded to describe her –at this point she had been in spirit for a number of years.  Harold then went on to describe my daughter who was also in spirit, the toys she had, the games I used to play with her and went on to give me one piece of information that he couldn't possibly have known.

I could go on to tell you the highs and lows, that is my spiritual journey but I can tell you that having completed various workshops, courses, groups and using my pranayama yoga knowledge I started teaching and practising spiritual meditation.  I have since gone on to learn and eventually teach all about the chakras, auras, crystals, angels and guides.  For more information on these subjects please log on to www.journeyintolight.com

So what gives me a buzz now?  To know that I am helping and guiding you and people like you to find the way to and along their spiritual pathway.

I have held a meditation class on a cruise ship in Egypt, attended two excellent workshops at Brightlife, Isle of Man by well know medium David Wells and one by medium Sharon Klingler from the USA. I have attended the famous Arthur Findlay College etc ....... with Paul Jacobs and Jose Gosschalk and will be returning for more courses next year.

The popular “Stress Management” day is ideal for those in a pressured business environment, incorporating meditation techniques to help increase focus and quiet the mind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Group meditation is my speciality having held courses for a number of years for over 300 people during that time.

I offer both groups and private sessions, workshops and courses from basic relaxation through to deep meditation, chakra balancing, auric cleansing and working with crystal energy. In April 2008 I held a meditation class on a cruise ship in the Middle East.  If arrangements are made, I am prepared to travel to you for workshops etc...  For further information please contact me here.
